RCWcodejoke "speeding & blinker"

RCWcodejoke say "speeding needs no blinker!!! When speeding kills. But turning without a blinker does not kill,unless you turn across the path of other cars. RCWcodejoke knows when you cross the center line of the road, nothing good comes from this action. Blinkers do not make bad driving habits,bad lane travel good. RCWcodejoke knows the lines are on the roads for a reason. Do you know why the lines are there? Is it so kids on the side of the road won't die,or kids in car going the other way?
