Speeding to school with kids in the back SMART or DEADLY! then use a turn signal at the stop sign you didn't stop at SMART or DEADLY! This is the true dumb driver that RCWcodejoke warns you about. Then when that dumb driver see a camera, the dumb driver then flips the bird at it. Would you call them SMART! or DEADLY! Knowing the Camera is on and a dumb driver will stop and try to burn off their tires,SMART or DEADLY! RCWcodejoke says "dumb drivers will stop when they know a camera is running,then want to FIGHT while their car is in the middle of the road. Dumb drivers think it's against the law to video tape from your home to the street or from your yard. RCW codes are in place to save lives of those who abide by them,the rest should pay big,for the lives they impacted with their DUMB DRIVING HABITS!  Remember that only you can save a life in your car.   RCW code joke says "stop stripping the roads and provide health insurance FREE",for all children enrolled in school. I just returned from a road trip to California,and must drivers payed NO attention to the stripping on the road,or any other lane travel laws. This means we should stop painting lines on the roads,take away the honesty bar called a Drivers  License,and install a tattle tale. RCWcokejoke says "just give tickets those who wish to speed every where they go" ,then use a turn signal wrong,change lanes wrong,blame drinking for their bad driving habits. RCW codes are to"save live on the roads in USA!".  Know them,follow them and your kids might live a long life. Kids learn by watching Mom and Dad,so when you drive with kids in the back seat remember that they are also driving their car seats. RCW codejoke says"poor driving habits kill",crossing the center line OK( sometimes)NEVER!!! driving in your own lane reduces the chance of a head on wreck,that kills when both are going over 25MPH in opposite directions.
