RCW code joke does not understand why the weather is to blame for car wrecks,road condictions don`t cause wrecks,jobless rates are never to blame,for the gun killing someone. Road conditions cause wrecks,the Dumb Driver is to blame,and weather can`t control the way you drive your car. RCWcodejoke say,"It`s driver is to BLAME!",for a wreck involving cars that are not parked. The Bad Driver is who blames the tool(car)for their Dumb Driver skills. Speeding is to blame for all car wrecks,not icy roads,Rain,something in the way,or other drivers. RCWcodejoke says,"pay attention to your driving",not the phone,stereo,make-up,kids in back seat. RCWcodejoke says"doing anything while Driving is unsafe" to all on the roadway,or roadside. The law enforcement is a waste of money,police are still on the streets after they get off work,speed only when you don`t see law enforcement. This could be the reason why you get stopped by the law,not that they are out to get you. Every car has cell phone in it,so does it sound smart to you to drive like everyone is in your way. Tailgating is a way to show how good your Dumb driving skills are!!Law enforcement needs to study up on the RCWcodejoke laws,so as to protect the ones who abide by them."HONESTY BARS DON`T WORK",that`s why there are vending machines. Teach your kids to"treat others the way they would like to be treated" If it is not yours don`t touch IT. it`s up to parents to raise them to be kind to all.Speeding kills,causes wrecks,raises insurance rates,lose of car,life,money,happiness,style of life.
